At Mojotone, we stand behind our high-quality electronic components and gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all electronic parts remain in original, uninstalled condition to qualify for a full return.

Log in to your account or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.
Pack Securely
Place the components in their original packaging and use a sturdy shipping box with adequate padding to prevent damage to sensitive electronics during transit.
Label and Ship
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our North Carolina facility using a trackable shipping method.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned items to verify they are in original condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
